The Utah Lake Master Plan identified the goal of improving research and monitoring at the lake. One of the objectives of this goal is to construct a Utah Lake Research Facility. The Utah Lake Commission (ULC) will soon take an important step towards completing this objective.
2015 has been another tough year for water levels at Utah Lake.
We are excited to announce that the 2015 Utah Lake Festival will be on Saturday, June 6th, from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Utah Lake State Park. The address for the park is 4400 West Center Street Provo, Utah, 84601. Admission is FREE!

We hope everyone has had the opportunity to recreate on Utah Lake in one form or another this summer. There is so much to do at the lake but unfortunately some recreational activities become limited during certain climate cycles or times of drought.
Utah Lake State Park is teaming up with Macey’s to host a S’mores party this Saturday, August 9th, from 6pm-10pm. There will be free S’mores, paddle board races, a photo scavenger hunt, and food trucks. Admission is free. Call the state park at 801-375-0731 with any questions. We hope to see you there!
